of a landscaped garden. The house is well equipped and furnished.
It has has 1 bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace.
De Finca has 1 big bathroom with shower, washbowl and toilet.
The living-dining room with fire-place and SAT-TV is very homely and has a dining table for 4 persons.
The kitchenette has all comfort: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc..
The house has a nice terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
The property is light and airy in the summer but cosy in the winter with a wood burning fire-place and a gas fired oven in the living room and an electric heater in the bathroom.

Less than 30 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) to restaurants (International and Traditional Spanish), bars, supermarkets and pharmacy.
The beautiful beaches of Torrox-Costa, Nerja, Torre del Mar and Algarrobo are within 5-10 minutes drive.
The house is accessed by tarmac and, the last 300 meters, by country road, so no need to rent a 4x4vehicle.
Our houses are maintained by a german couple who speak english and have lived in the area for 10 years.
